- What time is the check in and check out?
- You can check in from 15:00 and our check out time is at 11:00 am.
- Can we store our luggage before check in and after check out?
- If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage in our storage area for free of charge until your room is ready. If the room has been cleaned and is ready before 15:00, you may have access to the room earlier. We can notify you at the time of your check in. After you check out, you still want to explore Kyoto we store your luggage for free until the end of the day. In case of late check out, please come to the reception for assistance.
- Do you provide dinner in the ryokan?
- If you do not feel like going out for dinner, we can provide you with fresh Kyoto-style Bento dinner. Please make sure to tell us the day before, that we can order it for you. We also have list of restaurants recommendation depend on what type of food you prefer. We can help you for any reservations at no cost.
- Do you have a car parking?
- Yes, we have available parking area. But we apologize only one car is accessible. Reservation is required and it cost 1,500 yen a day.
- Do you have an Onsen in the Ryokan?
- In our Ryokan we don’t have an onsen but we have a private bath located on the first floor with the capacity of maximum two person. It is accessible from 15:00-23:00. Reservation is needed so please come to the reception for more details.
- What kind of Amenities do you have?
- Our amenities are hairbrush, toothbrush, razor, bodyscrub, showercup and cottonbuds set. Hair Iron & cleansing oil/cream are not available.
- Where can I smoke in the Ryokan?
- Our Ryokan is a non-smoking building. However, a designated smoking are is located on the first floor of our Ryokan.
- Can we rent a bicycle at your hotel?
- We don’t have a rental bycicle service but we can recommend you a nearby one which is 5 min by foot. For more details and bycicle parking space please come to the reception.
- Can we send our luggage to your hotel before we check in?
- Yes, it’s possible. Please ask your previous hotel and give all the necessary information. Then, they will help you.
- Do you have Luggage Service?
- Yes, luggage sending service to your next destination is available at the reception.
- Do you have a Shuttle Service?
- No, we don`t have a shuttle service.
