How can I get to the hotel from Kyoto Station?

By Bus: Take Bus Nr. 9 or Nr. 28 and get off at Nishihonganji Mae. (JPY 230/way)
By Taxi: it costs around JPY 800.-/way.

Can we store our luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes. We are glad to store your luggage Free of Charge.

Is the room a Non-Smoking Room?

All of the rooms in the hotel are Non-Smoking. However, we provide a Smoking Space for the guests who smoke.

Do you have a Parking Area? How much will it cost per night?

Yes we do have a parking area. Please reserve a spot before you check-in. It cost 1000 yen per night.

Is Breakfast included in the room charge? If not, how much does a set of meal cost?

Basically, breakfast is not included in the room charge except for some Special Promotions. Each set of meal ranges from JPY 400 to JPY 800. You can choose which menu would you like to have when you check-in at the property.

Do you serve Vegetarian or Gluten-free Meal?

Yes. We serve both vegetarian and gluten-free meal. However, we only serve the meal with the ingredients we have. Informing us with your health restrictions or allergies is truly appreciated,as we may take no responsibilities if some complications occur.

Do you serve dinner at the hotel? Do you have some recommended restaurants for dinner?

We don`t serve dinner, however our hotel is surrounded with restaurants that you can choose depend on what you crave the present day! Ramen, Okonomiyaki, Yakiniku for instance are all walking distance. We have a handy map that shows all the information you need.

Do you have a Luggage Delivery Service?

Yes we do. We use the KURONEKO YAMATO DELIVERY SERVICE. We can surely assist you in sending your luggage to your next destination.

Can we rent a Bicycle?

Yes. We can show you where to rent a bicycle nearby our hotel. The price varies depending on the type of bicycle you need. Normally, it cost less than JPY 1000 per day.

Would there be a chance to join Sake Tasting?

Absolutely yes! We do have Sake Tasting activity twice a month. Please send us an email and inform us that you are joining our Sake Tasting event. We would be glad to keep a seat for you!

Are there some activities that I could participate in during my stay at your lovely hotel?

We do have a Calligraphy Lesson that you can join. It`s only JPY 500 per person per hour. This activity depends on the availability of our Calligraphy Teacher. If you are interested, please feel free to email us.

How much does the Tea Ceremony cost?

It may surprise you but it is Free of Charge! (depends on the availability of our Tea Master)

Can I do Late Check out?

Checking out time is until 11:00 in the morning. Late Check-out is unfortunately not possible.
